Please submit this form to acknowledge your participation in the Great Petaluma Ribs and Chili Cook-Off, a fundraiser for the Petaluma Active 20-30 #30. You will also need to pay the competitor entrance fee, which can be done via our Eventbrite page (select “Get Tickets” and follow the prompts for the desired entry type).

FAQs

Will it be COVID safe?

Absolutely. We will be following all local and state guidelines in order to ensure the safety of all of our volunteers, competitors and guests. Given the ever changing nature of COVID-19 we are constantly re-evaluating and shifting to stay compliant with all guidelines.

Where will it be located?

We will be hosting the event at the Lucchesi Park, 320 N McDowell Blvd, in Petaluma. Parking is in the parking lot wherever it is not fenced off for the event.

When will it be?

Saturday, June 1, 2024. Competitors can arrive as early as 6am.

When does my food need to be ready?

Your food needs to be prepared and packaged into the containers provided by 12pm.

What prizes are awarded?

There will be awards for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place for each category: Ribs, Chili and Sides. There will also be a People’s Choice in each category.

How much does it cost?

The reduced fee for early sign-up is $125 until April 1st, 2024. The fee then goes up to $150.

What does my competition entrance fee include?

The fee includes all the ribs you will cook on the day of the event (8 racks). The cost associated with preparing sides is not included.

When do I need to decide by?

We need all competitors entry forms and donations no later than May 27th, 2024. The entry form was mailed to you or you can submit it digitally on our website.

Will there be power?
